SHIPPING POLICY

We are not responsible for shipping carrier errors once orders are accepted into the carrier’s system. We cannot replace orders that are stolen, lost, or damaged by the postal carrier. Please contact the carrier’s through the appropriate channels if there are any issues with the transport and/or delivery of your order to resolve the issues. If you are able to provide a claim number and detailed information of events, we will try our best to further assist in this matter. After the package has been dropped off for shipping, we are only able to track your package.

 

Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is submitted to the shipping carrier for delivery. If the wrong address is submitted with the order, the customer must wait the allotted time to re-process the order and pay for the additional cost to re-ship the order.

RETURN POLICY

All requests are processed on a case by case basis. Our main objective is to always support our customers to the best of our ability. Every request will be handled in a timely fashion and handled fairly.

For sanitary and hygienic purposes, all products are non-returnable and we do not process exchanges. Please be sure to review all production information and CONTACT us if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

There will be no refunds due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. We provide resources (sizing guides and sizing kits) for an accurate fit. If you have any further questions about sizing, please contact us through our CONTACT form.

 

Each product individually undergoes quality control, hand-packed, and shipped to customers after evaluation. We understand things happen, so in the event you receive a product that is defective, please CONTACT us with your order number and a clear image of the product within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any products received as defective, a complimentary replacement will be issued for the value of the product originally purchased.
